1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through our online store.

3. Offer and Contract

By displaying products in our online store, we make a binding offer to purchase those products. A contract is concluded when the customer places an order through the checkout and the order is accepted.

4. Prices

All prices displayed in the store are final prices applicable to the respective market. Lars Warkus operates as a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG); German VAT is not separately stated.

Prices and available currencies may vary depending on the customer's market or location.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

We currently ship within Germany and to the United States.

Products may be made to order and fulfilled by our fulfillment partners. Shipping times and costs depend on the destination and are displayed or described in our Shipping Policy and during checkout.

6. Payment

The payment methods available for an order are displayed during checkout.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy applicable to the customer's market.

For made-to-order products shipped to the United States, returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference are not accepted. This does not affect claims relating to damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrectly supplied items.

9. Defective or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us promptly at fridur.streetwear@gmail.com and provide your order number and appropriate photos of the issue.

10. Liability

Liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the customer's country or jurisdiction.
